Mrs. Archana Adhikari leads AB2V with a clear vision: deliver trusted, high-quality recruitment and workforce solutions that businesses can rely on. With over 20 years in the recruitment industry, she has seen every hiring trend, fad and shortcut, and built AB2V to be the opposite of all three.
Her expertise in talent strategy and client partnership has taken AB2V beyond recruitment into training, consulting and end-to-end staffing. Under her leadership, AB2V has grown from a focused hiring practice into a full-spectrum workforce partner, one that handles everything from a single senior developer to hundreds of blue-collar hires without losing the personal touch.
