This website is operated by AB2V Services Pvt. Ltd. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AB2V Services Pvt. Ltd, and “you” means the person using the site — whether you are looking for a job or looking to hire.

These terms cover your use of the website. If we go on to work together, a separate signed agreement will govern that engagement, and it takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

AB2V does not charge job seekers any fee, at any stage, for any reason. We do not ask for registration fees, placement fees, training fees, security deposits or payment for interviews. If anyone claims to represent us and asks you for money, it is a fraud — do not pay, and please report it to hire@ab2v.com immediately.

Our fees are paid by the employers who engage us to hire for them.

We will also never ask you for your bank account credentials, card details, one-time passwords or your Aadhaar or PAN number in order to apply for a role. Genuine communication from us comes from an @ab2v.com email address or from +91 73386 38903.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. When using it, you agree not to:

• Give false, misleading or impersonated information, including in a resume.
• Upload anyone else's personal information without their permission, or a job description you are not authorised to share.
• Upload anything containing malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, including the staff admin area.
• Scrape, harvest or copy job listings or other content in bulk, by any automated means.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that disrupts it for other people.

We may remove content and withdraw access to the site if these terms are breached.

• Job listings on this site are openings we are recruiting for, usually on behalf of a client employer. Details such as salary, location and experience are indicative and set by the employer.
• Roles can be filled, changed or withdrawn at any time, and a listing may remain visible briefly after it closes.
• Submitting an application does not create any contract, employment relationship or promise of an interview.
• We cannot guarantee a job, an interview, a response to every application, or any particular outcome or timeframe.
• The decision to hire is always the employer's, not ours.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us. Discovering that information was falsified is grounds for us to end consideration of your application.

• Submitting a requirement through this site is an enquiry, not a binding engagement. Work begins once a separate agreement is signed.
• You confirm that any job description or material you upload is yours to share, and that the role and its terms comply with applicable employment law.
• Candidate details we share with you are confidential. You may use them only to assess that candidate for the role concerned, must handle them in line with applicable data protection law, and must not forward them to a third party without our written consent.

The content of this website — including its text, design, layout, graphics and the AB2V name and logo — belongs to AB2V Services Pvt. Ltd or is used with permission. You may read it and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish or adapt it commercially without our written permission.

Client and partner logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

This site links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We aim to keep this site available and its information accurate and current, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content is complete or free of mistakes. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of an expected job or hire, or loss of data. This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
